L͏ead Technical Support Experience in working in Technical Helpdesk role with 6 -10 years of experince Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in spoken and written word, in English High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent Communication Technical abilities in operating systems such Windows, Linux, and UNIX Prior experience supporting and engaging with B2B enterprise customers, Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in professional email communication. ͏ Deliver No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback 2 Self- Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, Training Hours, No of technical training completed **Mandatory Skills:** Enterprise Tech Support- Level 1 . **Experience:** 5-8 Years .
