Company: Mahindra Logistics Limited Designation: Senior Manager, Corporate Finance Office Location: Mumbai, Work from Office Position description: Lead Treasury Years of work experience: 10 to 12 years Job Description: • Plan the Daily Cashflows of the Entity • Manage Daily MF / FD Investments • Decide optimum amount of Short Term / WCDL borrowings to manage daily Working Capital • Co-ordinate with Bankers to negotiate rates for Short Term / Long Term Loans • Management reporting via Daily Monthly MIS • Ensure correct timely accounting of the Treasury related transactions • Evaluate Implement suitable Treasury Products basis new business requirements • Process Improvements via Automation of existing processes • Fund Raising via Inter-Company Deposits / Equity • Guide MLL Subsidiaries' Treasury Teams, wherever required • Manage a team of 2 people Key Competencies: Strong understanding of treasury operations and cash flow forecasting Expertise in short-term funding instruments and working capital financing Negotiation and relationship management skills Financial analysis and MIS reporting Process orientation with focus on automation Leadership and team management Strong attention to detail and governance mindset Educational qualifications preferred : Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
