We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster. **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering **Industry:** Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical **Function:** Turnaround, Shutdown, Maintenance **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end turnaround scope definition, planning, scheduling, execution, and close-out. - Validate shutdown scope with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Reliability, Engineering, and Project teams. - Develop work packs, execution plans, readiness reviews, resource plans, and contractor coordination strategy. - Monitor schedule, budget, productivity, safety, and quality performance during turnaround execution. Support commissioning, startup, punch-list closure, and post-turnaround lessons learned. **Technical Coverage** - Static equipment: pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, furnaces, tanks, and piping systems. - Rotating equipment: pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated mechanical systems. - Maintenance, inspection, repair methods, asset integrity, reliability improvement, RCA, and RBI support. Working knowledge of refinery and petrochemical safety, permit-to-work, LOTO, confined space, and HSE systems. **Required Skills & Tools** - Turnaround / TAR / shutdown execution management. - Mechanical maintenance, reliability engineering, asset integrity, and inspection coordination. - Primavera P6 / MS Project for schedule planning and progress control. - SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent CMMS for work order and maintenance data management. - Knowledge of API, ASME, OSHA, site engineering standards, and statutory inspection requirements. **Work Experience** B.Tech. Mechanical 10-15 Years Lead turnaround planning, preparation, execution, and close-out for refinery and petrochemical facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, cost-effective, and timely delivery of shutdown, inspection, maintenance, reliability, and capital project activities. **Benefits** Early Joining Bonus
