Drive Business Impact.** **Location:** Pune | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Ahmedabad | Indore Preferred is Pune **Experience:** 17-24 Years **Core Skills:** SAP FICO | SAP S/4HANA Finance | Solution Architecture | RFP/RFI | Leadership About the Role Globant is looking for an **Expert-level SAP FICO** to lead enterprise SAP Finance solutions, architecture, client engagements, and SAP practice initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Lead **SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance** solution design, architecture, and implementation. - Own **RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimations, solution planning, and roadmaps**. - Partner with clients and stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. - Lead and mentor **large SAP teams**, including architects and engineers. - Drive technical standards, design reviews, best practices, and solution governance. - Contribute to SAP practice growth through **talent development, hiring, training, and upskilling**. - Lead large-scale enterprise projects using Agile delivery practices. What Were Looking For - **14+ years of relevant SAP experience** with strong expertise in SAP FICO. - Hands-on experience with **SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI, CO, AA**, and related finance processes. - Strong **solution architecture and enterprise application solutioning** experience. - Proven experience in **RFP/RFI, proposals, estimations, and client-facing engagements**. - Experience leading large teams and managing architects/technical professionals. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
