We are the place where innovation, design and engineering meet scale.Globant is 20 years old, NYSE listed public organization with more than 30,000 employees worldwide working out of 36 countries globally. www.globant.com **Enterprise Program Manager Robotic Process Automation (RPA)** **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Enterprise Program Manager** to lead our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team in a large account by driving technical excellence, people development, and business growth. This is a leadership role requiring a strong balance of hands-on technical expertise, stakeholder management, hiring, delivery governance, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will lead a team of automation engineers, collaborate closely with Recruiting, Staffing, HR, Compensation, and Delivery teams to build a high-performing practice, and represent the practice in customer discussions, solutioning, and pre-sales activities when required. **Roles & Responsibilities** **Practice & Technical Leadership** - Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, technical leads, and solution architects. - Define and enforce RPA development standards, best practices, and governance. - Review solution designs, code quality, and architecture for enterprise automation initiatives. - Drive innovation through reusable components, frameworks, accelerators, and AI-enabled automation. - Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry trends. **Talent & People Development** - Partner with Recruiting and Staffing teams to identify, interview, and hire top automation talent. - Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and succession planning. - Mentor team members through coaching, technical guidance, and career development. - Drive technical upskilling and certification initiatives across the practice. **Delivery Excellence** - Provide technical oversight for complex automation programs. - Resolve technical escalations and support delivery teams in overcoming implementation challenges. - Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions are delivered. - Promote engineering excellence through architecture reviews and continuous improvement. **Client & Business Engagement** - Participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions. - Support solutioning, estimations, proposals, and RFP responses. - Identify automation opportunities and recommend value-driven solutions. - Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. **Technical Skills** **Must Have** - 10+ years of IT experience with **5+ years in Robotic Process Automation** - Strong expertise in at least one leading RPA platform: - Python based automation - Microsoft Power Platform - UiPath - Blueprism - Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions. - Strong programming skills in **Python, C#, or VB.NET**. - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, and system integrations. - Hands-on experience integrating automation with enterprise applications such as Automation Tools, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Blueprism, etc - Knowledge of software engineering best practices, Git, CI/CD, and Agile delivery. - Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and conducting technical interviews. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. **Good to Have** - Robocorp, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism - Intelligent Document Processing (ABBYY, UiPath Document Understanding, OCR) - Process Mining or Task Mining (UiPath Process Mining, Celonis) - AI and Intelligent Automation, including Generative AI and LLM integrations - Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) - DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions - Experience establishing or working within an Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) - Relevant certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or Scrum **What We're Looking For** - A hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving complex automation challenges. - A people-first manager with a passion for mentoring and growing engineering teams. - A collaborative partner who can work effectively with Recruiting, Staffing, HR, Compensation, Delivery, and Sales. - A customer-focused professional who can confidently represent the practice in client discussions and contribute to business growth. - Someone who takes ownership, drives execution, and helps build a world-class RPA practice.
