**TCS is hiring LeanIX Consultant Aerospace SAP S/4HANA Transformation** **Location: Bengaluru** **Experience: 8+** **Role Summary** We are seeking a **LeanIX Certified Consultant** to join our **Aerospace SAP S/4HANA transformation programs**. This role focuses on establishing **enterprise architecture transparency, application rationalization, interface governance, and regulatoryready traceability** using **LeanIX** across complex **Aerospace manufacturing and engineering landscapes**. The consultant will partner closely with **Enterprise Architects, SAP Program teams, Quality & Compliance stakeholders, and IT leadership** to ensure **datadriven decisionmaking**, **risk mitigation**, and **cleancore SAP S/4HANA adoption** **Mandatory Qualifications & Experience** **Required** - **LeanIX Certification (Mandatory)** LeanIX EAM/APM Practitioner or higher. - **8–12+ years** of experience in: - Enterprise Architecture - Application Portfolio Management - SAP transformation programs - Minimum **2 SAP S/4HANA programs** (Greenfield/Brownfield/Selective). - Strong experience in **Aerospace & Defense** or other **highly regulated manufacturing industries**. - Proven handson experience with: - LeanIX Application & Interface Fact Sheets - Business Capability Mapping - Rationalization & decommissioning roadmaps - Strong understanding of: - SAP S/4HANA & SAP BTP landscapes - Integration patterns (CPI, APIs, EDI)
