Job Description - **Instructional Design & Content Development:** - Lead end-to-end instructional design for all learning programs across Cyient, spanning functional, behaviour, leadership, compliance, and onboarding domains. Should be - Develop e-learning modules with SCORM1.2 & AICC standards, blended learning frameworks, facilitator guides, and assessments aligned to defined learning objectives. - Produce storyboards and scripts for digital content (video, animation, simulation, scenario-based learning); maintain and champion LXD standards across the organization. - Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for all learning materials prior to deployment, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and learner-centricity. - Apply adult learning principles, cognitive load theory, and evidence-based design methodologies to maximize learning effectiveness. - Implementation of SCORM course in the LMS and releasing to the learners. - **Digital Learning Infrastructure & Governance:** - Own and govern the organization's LMS (Learning Management System), including user management, learning path architecture, certifications, reporting configurations, and tier-1 issue resolution. - Establish accountability frameworks for digital learning infrastructure and data governance, ensuring systems integrity and policy compliance. - Manage learning content taxonomy, metadata standards, and version control protocols across all digital assets. - Partner with IT and vendor teams to evaluate, onboard, and integrate learning technologies (authoring tools, content libraries, virtual classrooms, AI-powered platforms). - **Learning Analytics, Audit & Compliance:** - Design and operationalize a learning analytics framework that provides actionable insights on learner engagement, program effectiveness, and skill coverage. - Build and maintain dashboards and periodic reports for senior stakeholders, translating learning data into business-relevant narratives. - Ensure all learning programs meet internal audit requirements and applicable regulatory or statutory compliance mandates (e.g., safety, data privacy, mandatory certifications). - Maintain complete and audit-ready records of learning completions, certifications, and compliance training across the organization. - Conduct periodic reviews of learning content to ensure currency, accuracy, and continued alignment with organizational priorities.
