Learning & Development Consultant **Client:** LPL Financial **Payroll:** Allegis Group **Location:** Hyderabad **Work Model:** 5 Days Work From Office **Shift Timing:** 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM **Contract Duration:** 18 Months (Extendable based on performance) [L&D Facilitator LPL | Word] About the Role We are seeking a passionate Learning & Development Consultant to facilitate engaging learning experiences that build job-critical skills and drive performance outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for adult learners. Key Responsibilities - Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs. - Facilitate onboarding and new hire training programs. - Apply adult learning principles to drive learner engagement and retention. - Conduct role plays, coaching sessions, and skill practice activities. - Provide constructive feedback based on learner performance. - Partner with SMEs, business leaders, and instructional designers. - Measure training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics. - Facilitate learning through LMS, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex. - Utilize AI-enabled learning tools to enhance training effectiveness. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Facilitation. - Experience delivering Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and/or Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT). - Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of L&D or Training experience. - Experience in BFSI, Financial Services, Call Center, Customer Service, or Operations training environments. - Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or financial services training. - ATD, CPTM, or other training certifications preferred.
