- Own the L&D agenda and integration & upskilling for all new hires in the LDT function - Owning LSS skill channel on Genome - content curation, upgrade, set up/ re-design, Specialist connect - Learning Workshop design & execution - Applying various LSS tools on GB qualified & approved project by Business Leader to achieve the desired efficiency gains and increased customer happiness - Participate as panellists in panel reviews for BB / MBB projects - Approver for system accesses – Progear (various groups), Lean workflow - Design & execution of certification roadmaps – BB/ MBB - Design of new learning programs (LSS+ Digital) for the organization, program management, execution – eg Lean Digital ambassadors, Ops BB - Leadership updates/ reviews - Design for Accelerate learning, LDT grand slam and execution - Any new content design/ curation on need basis - Working with vendor for new module development – need basis - Facilitating LSS sessions in learning workshop / Sharpen the saw/ Guru connects - Develop and execute learning and development strategies; Identify training needs and design relevant learning programs; Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals; Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed; Conduct training sessions or workshops for employees; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development; Track and report on training outcomes and impact on employee performance; Manage learning and development budgets and resources. - **Education :** Bachelors in HR/Industrial Relations, Bachelors in Human Resource Management, Bachelors in Psychology, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Human Resource Management - **Professional Experience and Years of Experience :** Agile with 5-10 YEARS, Change Management with 5-10 YEARS, Claims with 5-10 YEARS, Data Visualization with Insight Generation with 5-10 YEARS, Executive Presence with 5-10 YEARS, Experience Design (Including Customer/User Experience) with 5-10 YEARS, Global Business Services (GBS) with 5-10 YEARS, Healthcare Analytics with 5-10 YEARS, IT Infrastructure Management with 5-10 YEARS, People Leadership with 5-10 YEARS, Storytelling with 5-10 YEARS - **Management Level :** 3 - **Language and Proficiency :** English - Advanced - C1 - **Time Type :** Full time - **Skills :** Content Management, Change Management, Agile Methodology, Executive Presence, Storytelling, Data Reporting, Program Implementation, People Leadership, Application Development, Content Strategy - **Primary location :** 1401-G-India: DLF Commercial Building 3, Phase V, Gurugram - **Remote type :** Hybrid - **Client specific requirement :** - **Shift :** Day Job
