**Role**- Learning Specialist **Experience**- 7-12 Years **Location**- Chennai **Roles & Responsibilities-** - Develop and maintain technical skill taxonomy and proficiency levels. - Map technical skills to roles and career paths in alignment with business needs. - Identify and recommend appropriate learning curriculum and certifications. - Benchmark technical skills against industry standards and emerging technologies. - Collaborate with Learning and HR teams for integration into HRMS/LMS. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to design and implement comprehensive skill frameworks. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. - Proactive approach to staying current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in skill development. - High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement in learning and development processes.
