Talent Development Technology Specialist Location: Anywhere is India, preferably in Chennai Role Overview Serves as the technical subject matter expert for skill architecture and learning enablement. Defines technical skill frameworks, maps role-specific technical skills, and curates proficiency scales and learning curriculum to build future-ready capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain technical skill taxonomy and proficiency levels. - Map technical skills to roles and career paths in alignment with business needs. - Identify and recommend appropriate learning curriculum and certifications. - Benchmark technical skills against industry standards and emerging technologies. - Collaborate with Learning and HR teams for integration into HRMS/LMS. Qualifications Bachelors/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Overall 12+yrs experience with min 6+ years in technical consulting, learning enablement, or IT capability development. Key Attributes - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to design and implement comprehensive skill frameworks. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. - Proactive approach to staying current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in skill development. - High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement in learning and development processes.
