**Your future role** Youll play a key role in supporting Alstoms global external certification program for project and bid communities, ensuring a qualitative and impactful certification process for candidates worldwide. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business, including regional talent management and local HR, to coordinate certification activities, oversee candidate progress, and continuously improve program outcomes. Youll also organize workshops, manage digital certification paths, and much more. Youll specifically take care of overseeing the certification journey for approximately 400 candidates annually, ensuring their successful progression, but also contribute to the broader strategic goals of Alstoms certification initiatives. Administer candidates throughout the full certification program of apx.3 months. **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience.
