**We are hiring for Leasing Specialist for Retail Company.** **Location: Gurgaon** **Working Days : Monday to Saturday, Sundays off** **Salary: 10 LPA to 12 LPA Yearly CTC between** **Role : Leasing Specialist** The Business Development Manager Mall Leasing will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing retail spaces in shopping malls and high-street locations for the expansion of the company & mono-brand stores. The role involves developing strong relationships with mall developers, landlords, and leasing teams while ensuring that new store locations align with the brand & growth strategy, customer demographics, and financial objectives. A proactive retail expansion professional with strong relationships across mall developers and property consultants, capable of driving strategic growth for a mono-brand retail business through effective site acquisition, lease negotiations, and market intelligence. **Key Responsibilities-** 1.
