**++Legal Counsel Role at Infosys Limited++** **++Location:++** Bangalore **++Candidate Profile:++** 1. 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience, 2. BA LLB or equivalent law degree and registered to practice in India, 3. Regulatory advisory work across numerous laws such as data privacy, cyber security, labour and employment, intellectual property, telecom, technology etc. 4. Work in technology companies of similar size and scale as Infosys is a bonus, **++Roles \& Responsibilities:++** 1. Understand global data privacy legal regimes and advise our Data Privacy Office on queries stemming from Infosys' operations across the globe, 2. Understand global cyber security legal regimes and advise our Security group on queries stemming from Infosys' operations across the globe, 3. Have a general background in managing global regulatory queries (especially major markets like the EU, US and APAC) and advising local internal clients on queries stemming from Infosys' operations across the globe, 4. In-depth knowledge of managing data privacy or cyber security incidents and following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) put in place to contain, remediate and accomplish steady state on such incidents, 5. Display strong inter-personal skills and stakeholders' management capabilities to drive cross-functional programs from a Legal perspective, 6. Ideate, implement, manage and/or operationalize global compliance programs to address specific Legal gaps and/or risk areas for a global company and its operations.
