**About the Company** We’re Hiring: Legal Counsel – Contracts & Compliance Location: Mumbai | Experience: 4–5 years | Joining: Immediate We’re looking for a Legal Counsel – Contracts & Compliance with strong experience in contract management, compliance, and business advisory. If you thrive in a fast-paced, business-facing environment and enjoy managing legal risks while enabling growth, we’d love to hear from you. **About the Role** You will handle contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance while supporting corporate and real estate legal matters. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions. **Responsibilities** - Draft, review, and negotiate buy-side and sell-side agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SaaS, vendor & customer contracts) - Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies - Support real estate transactions, lease agreements, and legal documentation - Coordinate with external counsel and assist with disputes and filings - Provide legal advisory and proactively identify risk mitigation strategies **Qualifications** - LLB / BA LLB (mandatory); LLM/CS is a plus - 4–5 years of experience in corporate/in-house legal roles **Required Skills** - Strong contract drafting & negotiation skills - Knowledge of Indian corporate and contract laws - Exposure to real estate legal matters preferred - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills **Preferred Skills** - Experience in IT/services/startups - Exposure to data privacy laws - Experience working with law firms **Pay range and compensation package** High-impact role with strong business exposure and close collaboration with leadership in a fast-growing environment. **Equal Opportunity Statement** Interested candidates can apply or reach out via LinkedIn or email. #Hiring #LegalJobs #Contracts #MumbaiJobs #InHouseCounsel #LegalCareers
