Legal Counsel | 5-12 Years | Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore Job Title: Legal Counsel Experience: 5-12 Years Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore Key Responsibilities: • Review, draft, and negotiate IT/BPO contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, SaaS, licensing, outsourcing, and procurement agreements. • Ensure contractual, legal, and regulatory compliance. • Independently handle contract negotiations with minimal supervision. • Support legal and business teams on commercial transactions and risk management. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB). • 5-12 years of experience in reviewing and negotiating IT/BPO contracts. • Strong understanding of technology, outsourcing, SaaS, licensing, and commercial agreements. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. • Proactive and self-driven approach. Preferred: • Experience in IT/ITES, Outsourcing, Technology Licensing, or AI-related agreements.
