**Job Description-** **Location:** Greater Noida **Experience:** 5-7 years **Role Summary:** Seeking a skilled legal professional with strong expertise in IT contracts, SaaS licensing, software services agreements, RFPs/RFQs (including Government RFPs), lease management, and commercial negotiations. The role will support end-to-end contract lifecycle management and provide strategic legal guidance to business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage IT services agreements, SaaS contracts, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, licensing, reseller, and procurement agreements. • Review and support responses to commercial and government RFPs, RFQs, and bid submissions. • Identify legal, commercial, data privacy, IP, and regulatory risks and recommend mitigation strategies. • Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and business partners. • Manage lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related legal documentation. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and contractual obligations. • Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance, delivery, and business teams to support deal closures. • Maintain contract repositories, track obligations, and support audits and dispute resolution. **Experience & Qualifications:** • 5-7 years of legal experience, preferably in the IT/ITES industry. • Strong knowledge of IT contracting, SaaS licensing, commercial negotiations, and government procurement processes. • Excellent drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and risk assessment skills. **For more insights, connect with Sanjana Mehra** **Email id: sanjana.mehra@coforge.com**
