**Job Role:** Level 3 Microsoft Exchange Online and On-Premises Engineer **Role Summary:** Manages and supports Exchange Online and on-premises environments, ensuring email services are secure, reliable, and optimized for business needs. **Key Roles Responsibilities:** Administer Exchange Online and on-premises servers; Manage mail flow, security, and compliance; Troubleshoot and resolve email-related incidents; Perform migrations and upgrades; Monitor system health and performance; Document configurations and changes. **Knowledge Skills Attributes:** Expertise in Exchange Online and Exchange Server; Understanding of email security and compliance; Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred); Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. **Academic Qualifications Certifications:** Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent; Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator Associate. **Required Experience:** 7+ years managing Exchange environments; Experience with hybrid deployments and migrations. **Technical Expertise:** Advanced administration of Exchange Online and Exchange Server; Hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations; PowerShell scripting; Email security and compliance; Integration with Active Directory and Azure AD.
