Working with LIC provides an opportunity to build a stable, impactful career in a trusted, nationwide institution. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site LIC Insurance Agent role based in Vadodara.Sales job and you get commission only. The Insurance Agent will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable LIC insurance and pension products. Daily activities include generating leads, scheduling and attending client meetings, explaining policy benefits and terms, completing proposal forms, and assisting clients through the policy issuance process. The role involves ongoing policy servicing such as renewals, claims support, and updates, while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with branch staff, participate in training programs, and work towards achieving individual and team sales targets with a focus on ethical, compliant practices. **Qualifications** - Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Insurance Sales and core Insurance concepts. - Experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage and related advisory activities. - Basic to intermediate Finance skills to explain premiums, returns, and financial planning to clients. - Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication, relationship building, and issue resolution. - Minimum educational qualification as prescribed by LIC (typically completion of secondary education); higher education in commerce, finance, or business is an advantage. - Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage field visits, and meet clients across different locations. - Comfort with using digital tools for policy applications, documentation, and customer follow-up.
