The agent will identify and approach potential customers, explain life insurance products, and recommend suitable plans based on individual needs and financial goals. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing and submitting policy proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders. The role also involves assisting clients with policy servicing, claims guidance, and premium payments, while meeting assigned sales targets and complying with regulatory and company standards. The agent will participate in training programs, local marketing activities, and team meetings to stay updated on products and sales practices. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client queries, and provide ongoing policy support. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers in person and over the phone. - Ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and handle field activities within Vadodara and surrounding areas. - Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools for lead management and policy processing. - Minimum educational qualification typically at higher secondary or equivalent; graduation in any discipline is an advantage. - Prior experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn and undergo LIC training is essential.
