As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation you will support the delivery of high-quality work products across strategy, growth, and transformation engagements within Deloitte’s AI & Engineering practice. You will conduct research, analyze data, develop insights, and contribute to solutions that help clients address critical business and technology priorities. In this role, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage defined workstreams, and contribute to consistent, timely delivery for client engagements. **Work you'll do** As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for - Conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing structured and unstructured data, and developing business insights, business cases, and financial models aligned to client priorities - Supporting strategic and operating model assessments to address current business challenges and prepare clients for changing market and technology trends - Gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting user journeys and functional processes, and collaborating with stakeholders across the solution lifecycle - Managing defined workstreams within larger engagements, including status tracking, key performance indicator development, business metrics reporting, and participation in Agile ceremonies - Contributing to knowledge development, proposal support, process improvement, and innovation initiatives that enhance engagement outcomes and client value **The team** You will play a key role in developing verticalized solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client’s sector, transforming how organizations sell products, deliver services, drive growth, and sustain mission-critical operations. With your focus on innovation and measurable value, you will empower clients to achieve strategic objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace by addressing core business challenges and opportunities across industries. **Location:** Bengaluru/Hyderabad **Qualifications** **Required**: - 3-6 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business functions within Health Plans, Provider, Revenue Cycle, or Life Sciences - Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including industry, market, regulatory, risk, and competitive analysis - Experience gathering business requirements from multiple stakeholders and documenting user journeys, process flows, or functional requirements - Experience analyzing financial and non-financial data sets to develop strategic insights, business cases, or recommendations - Experience managing end-to-end workstreams and deliverables within consulting or transformation engagements - Knowledge of the US Health Plans landscape, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and current industry trends **Preferred**: - MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution in India or abroad, or postgraduate specialization in healthcare or hospital management - Experience working with data analysis or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Minitab - Experience working with stakeholders outside India, including US-based stakeholders - Exposure to digital transformation, robotic process automation, or blockchain applications in business problem-solving - Experience contributing to proposals, presentations, thought leadership, or knowledge assets #FY27ReferralCampaign #2027\\_AI&E\\_Dscreen **Our purpose** Deloitte’s purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
