Job Description : Lighting Panel Operator ( In house at Reliance Jio talks ) Retained --- Critical Function · Studio \& Stage Lighting Specialist Role: Lighting Panel Operator Experience 4--6 years in stage or event lighting Corporate event or broadcast environment preferred LED Wall experience is an advantage Purpose Owns all stage and auditorium lighting operations. Delivers broadcast-quality lighting that enhances audience experience and supports camera recording quality for 170 events per year . Key Responsibilities Design and implement lighting setups for various event formats such as: Town halls Award functions Product launches Program lighting scenes and cue stacks; execute them during live events Coordinate with Camera Engineers to ensure optimal video quality and exposure Synchronize lighting cues with LED wall content through the Media Server Engineer Maintain all lighting hardware including: Fixtures Rigging Consoles Consumables Design and execute lighting shows for: Talent events Rewards \& Recognition (R\&R) programs Product launches Technical Skills \& Competencies Lighting Console Expertise Proficiency in: ETC Avolites GrandMA Equivalent lighting control consoles Lighting Technology Knowledge Stage and studio lighting principles Colour theory DMX ArtNet sACN Show Design \& Programming Lighting show design Programming for: Awards shows Talent shows Product launches Broadcast Lighting Knowledge Understanding of how lighting affects camera exposure and video quality in broadcast environments Networking Fundamentals DMX-over-IP ArtNet network awareness Basic lighting network concepts
