Job description

We are seeking a skilled **LabWare LIMS professional** to design, develop, and support LabWare-based solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and ensure seamless performance of laboratory workflows. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain **LabWare LIMS applications** - Gather and analyze **user requirements** and translate them into system configurations - Perform **configuration and customization** of LabWare LIMS modules - Work on **end-to-end product configuration**, including analysis and calculations - Optimize system performance by **enhancing and tuning existing code** - Execute **system upgrades and migrations** across LabWare versions - Integrate **laboratory instruments** with the LIMS system - Manage and maintain **static/master data** within the system - Develop and maintain **technical documentation, SOPs, and procedures** - Conduct **user training sessions** and provide ongoing support - Evaluate and implement **product enhancements and upgrades** **Technical Skills Required** - Strong experience with **LabWare LIMS** - Good knowledge of **SQL and data extraction techniques** - Understanding of **LabWare LIMS sample lifecycle and workflows** - Hands-on experience with **system configuration, customization, and integrations** Exposure to **upgrade and migration activities**
