**Experience: 12-17 Yrs** **Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Trivandrum/Hyd/Pune** **Key Responsibilities:** - **Serve as the domain authority on end-to-end linear TV ad sales operations** — covering the full lifecycle from proposal → order management → scheduling → traffic → playout → reconciliation → billing & invoicing. - **Map and document linear ad sales processes** — including manual and system-driven workflows, business rules, exception handling, make-goods, pre-emptions, and revenue assurance processes. - **Advise on broadcast management systems & ad sales technology stacks** — including platforms such as WideOrbit, Mediaocean/Operative, Broadview, MediaGenix, Strata, OSi (MediaOcean), Landmark (CSG), Imagine Communications, and similar. - **Lead domain consulting for clients modernizing their linear ad sales operations** — defining target-state architectures, process re-engineering, and phased migration roadmaps from legacy to modern platforms. - **Bridge linear and digital convergence** — articulate how traditional linear ad sales models are evolving with programmatic, addressable TV, cross-platform unified sales, and converged inventory management (linear + digital + FAST + streaming). - **Support managed services engagements** — define run & sustain operating models for legacy linear ad sales systems, including L1/L2/L3 support structures, SLA frameworks, and operational playbooks. - Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to translate domain requirements into technical specifications for system integrations, data flows, and automation opportunities. - Drive knowledge transfer (KT) and domain enablement across delivery teams — creating training materials, process documentation, and domain glossaries for new project onboarding. - Engage with client stakeholders (Ad Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, Traffic, Scheduling, Finance) as a trusted domain advisor in workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic planning forums.
