**Job Description** Role\\*\\* LoadRunner Tester/QA Required Technical Skill Set\\*\\* Good knowledge of Performance Testing Desired Experience Range\\*\\* 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing using LoadRunner **Must-Have\\*\\*** - 6+ years of working experience in Performance Testing using LoadRunner - Excellent English skills, both spoken and written. - Manufacturing domain experience. - Certified Critical Manufacturing Professional / Associate: Modeler - ensures applications are fast, stable, and scalable by designing/executing load tests, analyzing bottlenecks (code, DB, infra), and collaborating with Devs/Ops to optimize performance, using tools like LoadRunner, creating test plans/scripts, monitoring metrics, and reporting findings to meet SLAs - Working collaboratively and helping cross-cultural and cross-regional team members – both internal and on customer side. **Good-to-Have** - Good communication skills - MES experience in Manufacturing domain. - Certified Critical Manufacturing Professional / Associate: Modeler - Able to work independently and have leadership skills. - Customer-oriented and committed to working systematically under tight schedules. - Develop and produce technical reports, process flow diagrams and documentation in support of design and developments. - Innovate, propose new ideas and define the technical approach to challenging problems. **Expectations from the Role** Ensures applications are fast, stable, and scalable by creating/executing load tests. Analyze bottlenecks, tuning systems, and reporting findings. Involving deep collaboration with devs/ops. Defining NFRs, and using tools like LoadRunner to meet SLAs and guide releases for optimal user experience
