**Job Summary**We are seeking a Business Analyst with deep expertise in the LoanIQ platform to bridge the gap between corporate banking business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze complex credit structures, write technical requirements, and interface directly with institutional clients and development teams. **Responsibilities** - **Requirements Gathering**Translate complex corporate lending needs into clear business requirements. - **Platform Configuration**Map business processes to LoanIQ workflows, cycles, and data models. - **Data Analysis**Write SQL queries to extract data, analyze trends, and validate data migration. - **Documentation**Create functional specifications, user stories, and process maps in Confluence. - **Agile Management**Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and issue tracking using JIRA. - **Stakeholder Management**Serve as the primary liaison between front-office, operations, and IT. - **Testing Support**Define UAT test cases and assist QA teams with domain validation. **Mandatory Skills** - Domain Expertise Deep understanding of Corporate Banking, Syndicated Loans, and Bilateral Lending. - Platform Skill Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience specifically within LoanIQ. - Technical Proficiency Strong SQL skills for data profiling, mapping, and analysis. - Agile Tools Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for documentation and tracking. - Communication Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-profile client interactions. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with LoanIQ data models and database schemas. - Knowledge of lifecycle events like drawdown, rollover, fees, and repayment.
