Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Process loan applications from customers seeking financing for home purchases, renovations, or refinancing. - Conduct thorough credit checks and appraisals to determine loan eligibility and risk assessment. - Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients and generate leads for new business opportunities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. **Job Requirements :** - 1-6 years of experience in affordable housing, home finance, or related fields such as housing loan or loan against property (LAP). - Strong understanding of the local market trends and regulations governing mortgage lending. - Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. - Proficiency in using LAP software systems like LA Platform (LAP) is an added advantage.
