Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage the end-to-end loan syndication process, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks such as document preparation, distribution, and tracking. - Perform loan operations tasks, including reconciliation of loan accounts, monitoring loan payments, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. - Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts, underwriters, and legal personnel, to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan transactions, documentation, and correspondence. **Preferred candidate profile** - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience in loan syndication, loan operations, and reconciliation processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
