Team members join a professional environment that values respect, inclusion, and merit-based growth. **Role Description** The Location Manager – Retail Secured is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirunelveli, responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations for secured retail products. The role involves managing sales performance, ensuring achievement of business targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Location Manager will supervise and guide the branch team, including hiring support, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews. Daily tasks include monitoring loan processing activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and managing risk and compliance checks. The role also includes coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution of customer issues, managing budgets and cost efficiencies, preparing location-level reports, and driving local marketing or engagement initiatives to grow the customer base. **Qualifications** - Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills. - Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, teams, and internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in Budgeting and basic financial analysis to manage branch-level costs and productivity. - Experience in Training, coaching, and mentoring team members to enhance performance. - Prior experience in retail lending or secured products (such as mortgages, loans against property, or secured business loans) is preferred. - Strong DSA connects in Tirunelveli market - Proven people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment. - Bachelor’s degree - Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office applications for reporting and analysis.
