**Could you be the full-time Logistics Engineering Manager in Manjea were looking for** **Your future role** Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates. You'll make a tangible impact in optimizing logistics operations, improving material flows, and driving cost-saving initiatives. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Material Planning, Project Supply Chain Leaders, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering), manage packaging solutions, and design internal logistics processes, and much more. You'll specifically take care of implementing standard packaging solutions and improving warehouse ergonomics, but also contribute to reducing waste and enhancing stock accuracy. **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: - Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent - Experience in an industrial environment - At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in Supply Chain - Knowledgeable in ERP SAP (WM and IM modules) is a plus - Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills - Strategic and methodical vision with strong problem-solving abilities - An agile, inclusive, and responsible attitude - Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
