Role & responsibilities Dynamic Process Excellence Assistant Manager to drive operational excellence across our Logistics Procurement functions i.e. Domestic Pan India, Export & Import with deep knowledge all type of incoterms. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming end-to-end processes, optimizing supply chain performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Result Areas: • End-to-End P2P Optimization: Streamlined and optimized the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle within logistics, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and process integrity. • Strategic Sourcing & Rate Contracts: Executed Annual Rate Contracts and led strategic sourcing initiatives across Domestic, Export, and Import categories to drive cost savings and supplier performance. • Export Incentives & License Management: Managed Advance License processing, RoDTEP, and EPCG claims, ensuring timely settlements and compliance with DGFT norms. • Insurance & Claims Management: Successfully handled insurance settlements for transit-damaged goods, minimizing financial impact and improving recovery timelines. • Digital Transformation Leadership: Spearheaded digital initiatives to bridge IT system gaps and enhance automation across procurement and logistics functions. • Audit Readiness & Compliance: Ensured 100% audit readiness through robust documentation and adherence to internal and external compliance standards. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leveraged analytics and digital tools to uncover process inefficiencies, optimize spend, and unlock strategic value. • Supply Chain Excellence: Championed best-in-class supply chain practices to build resilience, agility, and long-term value across operations. Preferred candidate profile • Understanding of Logistics Starting to End documentation, Shipping Bill & BOE compliance to Payments • Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution networks. • IT Skills: SAP; MS Office: Excel/PP/Word • 5-8 years of experience as a Logistics Officer or Associate Manager for any manufacturing plant. • Education: B.E./MBA
