Operating across multiple countries in Europe, Asia, and North America, we deliver engineered solutions to top global OEMs. **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Manager – Logistics & Warehouse Management** to lead end-to-end multi-location warehouse, domestic & international logistics, import-export, and statutory compliance operations across our Bengaluru (BLR) and Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) facilities. This role requires an operational strategist with a balanced focus **(50% Logistics & Import/Export + 50% Warehouse & ERP Management)** to drive process excellence, statutory adherence (100% EOU/Customs), inventory accuracy, and cost optimization. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Warehouse & Inventory Management (50% Focus)** - **End-to-End Operations:** Lead multi-site warehouse operations covering receipt, storage, picking, packing, material handling, internal issue, and outbound dispatch. - **Inventory Control & ERP Discipline:** Maintain high inventory accuracy using ERP systems through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and strict system entry controls. - **Process Excellence:** Drive warehouse optimization, 5S standards, safety compliance, Lean initiatives, and material flow improvement across locations. **2. Logistics, Import-Export & Trade Compliance (50% Focus)** - **Freight & Freight Management:** Oversee domestic and international transport via sea, air, and road. Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers to optimize costs and lead times. - **Statutory Compliance:** Ensure 100% compliance with **100% EOU, Customs, DGFT, STPI, and GST** regulatory requirements. - **Documentation & Audits:** Manage import-export documentation, licensing, statutory record maintenance, and coordinate government audits/inspections. **3. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management** - Lead, mentor, and build high-performing warehouse and logistics teams across multi-location sites. - Establish robust SOPs and monitor critical operational KPIs (Inventory Accuracy, On-Time Dispatch, Freight Cost Reduction, Customs Clearance Lead Time). - Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Planning, Finance, and Sales. **Candidate Profile & Qualifications** - **Education:** B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, or Logistics/Supply Chain. *(MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations is an added advantage)*. - **Experience:** 10 to 14 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, logistics, import-export operations, and regulatory compliance within a **Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical, or Automobile/Auto Components** environment. - **Technical & ERP Skills:** Strong hands-on proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/WMS or equivalent) for inventory tracking, dispatches, and reconciliation. - **Compliance Knowledge:** Deep understanding of 100% EOU rules, DGFT regulations, Customs clearance procedures, and GST compliance. - **Multi-Location Management:** Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site warehouse and supply chain operations.
