Role- Looker Developer with Tableau, SQL, GCP (pls do not apply if not have GCP exp) Exp- 5+ yrs Location- Greater Noida/Pune/ Hyd *We are seeking a skilled BI Developer with strong expertise in Looker and Tableau to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.* ***Key Responsibilities*** *Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Looker and Tableau.* *Build and optimize LookML models, explores, and views in Looker.* *Create interactive visualizations and executive dashboards in Tableau.* *Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.* *Develop KPIs, metrics, and data models to support business decision-making.* *Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency.* *Optimize dashboard performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.* *Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, cloud platforms, and APIs.* *Support self-service analytics initiatives across the organization.* *Document BI solutions, data models, and reporting processes.* ***Required Skills*** *Strong experience with Looker (LookML, Explores, Dashboards, Derived Tables).* *Hands-on expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, Tableau Prep.* *Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.* *Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.* *Knowledge of databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.* *Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes.* *Experience in data visualization best practices and dashboard design.* *Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* ***Preferred Skills*** *Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure.* *Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.* *Understanding of Agile methodologies and BI governance.*
