About the Role We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale product and engineering initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, program leadership, stakeholder management, agile execution, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment across teams, and ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced product organization. The role also includes leadership responsibilities across TPM functions, including mentoring TPMs, establishing scalable execution frameworks, and driving program governance across the organization. What You’ll Be Doing Program & Delivery Leadership Lead large-scale technical programs across multiple product and engineering teams. Drive the development of new products and enhancements to existing platforms. Own end-to-end program delivery including planning, execution, governance, tracking, and reporting. Define and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and release plans. Ensure predictable and high-quality execution across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Manage cross-functional dependencies, escalations, and delivery risks proactively. Work closely with Product Managers to ensure Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) are clearly defined and actionable. Facilitate requirement grooming sessions and ensure engineering readiness prior to sprint execution. Lead technical solutioning discussions and coordinate architecture reviews with engineering and platform teams. Ensure engineering effort estimation, resource allocation, and sprint planning are aligned with business priorities. Partner with engineering teams to drive sprint execution and incremental delivery of capabilities. Ensure backlog health, story readiness, and sprint hygiene across agile teams. Track delivery metrics, developer productivity, release readiness, and execution health. Monitor quality metrics, testing cycles, defect leakage, and release stability for improved product quality. Understand and support deployment, release management, and production readiness processes. Actively remove blockers and help teams navigate ambiguity and operational complexity. Agile & Process Excellence Act as an Agile Coach by driving adoption of agile best practices and execution discipline. Establish scalable governance models, sprint cadences, reporting standards, and delivery processes. Decide when agile methodologies versus traditional project management approaches are most appropriate. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on engineering efficiency, operational maturity, and execution excellence. Support product governance and engineering execution processes as defined by organizational standards. Create and maintain program artifacts including status reports, RAID logs, dependency trackers, RACI matrices, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates. Stakeholder Management & Communication Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Business, Operations, and Leadership teams. Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple organizational levels. Provide regular visibility and transparency to senior leadership through structured reviews and reporting. Drive alignment across teams and influence decision-making in complex cross-functional environments. Maintain momentum and execution rigor even under ambiguity and changing priorities. TPM Leadership & Organizational Scaling Lead and mentor a small team of Technical Program Managers across multiple initiatives and business domains. Establish execution frameworks, operating rhythms, and governance standards for TPM teams. Coach TPMs on agile execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery best practices. Conduct regular delivery reviews with TPMs and engineering leaders to ensure program health and accountability. Standardize reporting
