It may be shared with external stakeholders like job-agencies etc. -**Customer is** **the leading company solely dedicated to advancing the future of dermatology.** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** - Strong expertise in Customization in Infor M3 core using MAK and MEC - Strong expertise on StreamServe/Extremeserve, creating complex layout. - Creating business process Workflows, Experience with Infor Enterprise Collaborator (IEC) formerly known as MEC, M3 Adaptation KIT, Infor ION, H5 scripting, ISO scripting. - Strong Architectural and Database knowledge of Infor M3 - Experience in Application Design, Database Design, Development, Unit Testing, Integrated Testing. - Sound Experience in Interface Design and Development (Inbound/Outbound) - Development and Testing of Customization in M3 Java, Movex Java - Root cause Analysis for P1 and P2 incidents - Excellence in code reviews and code debugging skills - Preferred MAK certified and IDM certified - Knowledge of SDLC Processes, Agile Delivery Models - Basic Project Management Knowledge - Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English **Good-to-Have** - Functional knowledge either in Supply Chain Management or Finance - Experience of Implementing Infor M3 (2-3 Implementation cycle) **Background** - IT Support or development
