**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect with strong expertise in the installation and management of Office 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and managing scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on messaging, communication, collaboration, and endpoint management. This role requires a deep technical understanding of Microsoft 365 services and a proactive approach to solving customer needs. **Responsibilities:** - Design, build, implement, and manage scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and Office 365 Apps (Power Automate, Insights, Forms, Planner, Stream, To-Do, etc.). - Execute assessment, migration, and implementation plans to deploy Microsoft 365 solutions and migrate environments from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365. - Go technically deep across Microsoft 365 services, actively seek solutions to the needs of internal and external customers, communicate trends to management, and drive Microsoft 365 product improvements. - Support the evolution of Microsoft 365 services through the design and implementation of new service features. - Prepare technical documentation on Microsoft 365 services and related procedures and operations. - Maintain the operational health of the O365 online environment, ensuring security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability. - Handle critical incidents and escalations effectively. - Work flexibly in a 24/7 team to ensure coverage and support. **Mandatory Skills:** - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation and management of Office 365. - Hands-on experience in cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS. - Excellent understanding of access management, federated identity, 2-factor solutions, and LDAP directory. - Hands-on experience in Windows infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Direct Access (Remote Access), and PKI (Certificate Authority). - Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially in Problem, Change, and Incident Management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
