This role will focus equally on the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - **M365 and Power Platform Strategy:** - Partner with the Product Manager to develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for leveraging M365 tools and Power Platform. - Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve product business value and efficiency. - **Governance and Compliance:** - Assist the admin and governance specialists in documenting and enforcing governance processes and best practices. - Identify and report any potential security risks or breaches of our policies. - Support the admin and governance specialist in tracking compliance-related project progress and reporting on status to stakeholders. - Procure and manage licenses to ensure adequate coverage for Power BI and Power Platform. - **Training and Support:** - Collaborate with the administration and governance specialists to define and maintain support strategies for M365 and Power Platform. - Develop and deliver training programs and materials for end-users on M365 and Power Platform functionalities. - Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure user proficiency and adoption. - Gather feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. - **Data Analysis and Reporting:** - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights across M365 and Power Platform. - Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. - Monitor platform usage and performance metrics. - **Collaboration and Communication:** - Support initiatives for M365 Tools and Power Platform. - Update SharePoint sites and knowledge bases. - Collaborate with business units to leverage M365 tools effectively.
