Job description

**Key Skills Required** - Level 2 support for Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot. - Troubleshoot and resolve M365 and Copilot-related incidents, service requests, and escalations from L1 support teams. - Support Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 deployment, configuration, adoption, and user enablement activities through multi environments. - Assist in administration of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio integrations. - AI-driven productivity solutions, integrations, and automation use cases using Microsoft Copilot technologies. - Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational procedures, security standards, and governance policies. **Mandatory Skills Required** - Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 - Power Automate & Copilot Studio - Incident, Problem, Change Management & RCA - Troubleshooting & Customer Support **Experience** - 35 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio administration and support. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or AI-enabled Microsoft solutions preferred. **Nice to Have** - Azure Fundamentals - PowerShell Scripting - AI/Generative, AI Concepts and Governance
