Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **Location - Hyderabad** **Exp - 5+** **Interested and available candidates can share profile.** - Provide L2 administration and technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams. - Manage user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, room mailboxes, distribution groups, Microsoft 365 Groups, mailbox permissions, forwarding, aliases, archives and mailbox recovery. - Troubleshoot email delivery issues using message trace, non-delivery reports, transport rules, connectors, accepted domains and mail-flow configurations. - Support email security activities, including spam, phishing, malware, quarantine, Safe Links, Safe Attachments, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and restricted-user investigations. - Administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, storage, sharing, ownership, site restoration, lifecycle management and external access. - Support OneDrive provisioning, synchronization, permissions, sharing, storage, file recovery, user offboarding and data-transfer activities. - Administer Microsoft Teams, channels, owners, memberships, meetings, messaging policies, federation, guest access, applications and external-domain access. - Support Teams Phone activities, including phone-number assignment, resource accounts, auto attendants, call queues, calling policies, dial plans and voice-related troubleshooting.
