Job Title: Enterprise Mac Systems & Infrastructure Engineer **Location:** Noida (Hybrid) **Experience:** 47 Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced **Enterprise Mac Systems & Infrastructure Engineer** to join its Engineering Infrastructure team. This role is a replacement for a long-tenured resource who developed deep expertise in Adobe's Mac ecosystem and infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing **Mac hardware, macOS environments, Windows Server infrastructure, and enterprise endpoint support**. The role involves working closely with Adobe's Engineering and Product Development teams to provision, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot engineering workstations and infrastructure systems at scale. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge Apple hardware, enterprise-scale Mac environments, and gain exposure to High-Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Mac Infrastructure & Hardware Management - Manage and support enterprise-scale Mac environments. - Deploy, configure, and maintain Mac systems across engineering teams. - Support both Intel and Apple Silicon-based Mac platforms. - Perform system provisioning, imaging, upgrades, and lifecycle management. - Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and performance-related issues. - Maintain bare-metal engineering workstations and specialized development systems. - Handle workstation refreshes, hardware replacements, and asset management. Operating System Administration macOS Administration - Install, configure, upgrade, and support macOS environments. - Manage OS patching, security updates, and system compliance. - Diagnose and resolve macOS performance and stability issues. - Support enterprise software deployment and configuration. Windows Server Administration - Administer Windows Server environments. - Manage server installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching. - Monitor server performance, reliability, and availability. - Troubleshoot operating system and infrastructure incidents. Engineering & User Support - Partner closely with Adobe Engineering and Product Development teams. - Support developer workstations and engineering infrastructure. - Analyze and resolve escalated platform issues. - Fulfill hardware procurement, provisioning, and deployment requests. - Ensure minimal downtime for critical engineering systems. Infrastructure Operations - Manage enterprise infrastructure supporting engineering teams. - Support lab systems, engineering environments, and infrastructure services. - Monitor infrastructure health and proactively address issues. - Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities. Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. - Automate repetitive administrative tasks where possible. - Document infrastructure standards, procedures, and best practices. - Stay updated on emerging Apple, Microsoft, and infrastructure technologies. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. - 4–7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or platform support. - Strong hands-on experience administering enterprise macOS environments. - Experience managing Mac hardware and workstation deployments. - Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration. - Experience supporting enterprise operating systems, hardware, and infrastructure environments. - Hands-on troubleshooting experience across hardware, operating systems, and infrastructure layers. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting large-scale enterprise engineering environments. - Exposure to High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments. - Experience supporting lab infrastructure or data center systems. - Knowledge of enterprise endpoint lifecycle management. - Experience supporting software development or product engineering organizations. - Familiarity with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
