In the factory, you’ll work on modern packaging and labelling machines with proper processes and safety standards. It’s a stable job with learning opportunities and scope to grow into senior operator roles. **Key Responsibilities:** 1) Operate packaging and labelling machines for products such as cold brew bottles, coffee packs, and cans 2) Ensure machines are set up as per product specifications (weight, seal, label placement) 3) Perform machine start-up, changeovers, and shutdown procedures 4) Minimize machine downtime through proactive monitoring & ensure optimal utilization of materials and reduce wastage 5) Check packaging quality (sealing, coding, labelling accuracy) & ensure correct batch coding, MRP, and manufacturing/expiry details 6) Perform basic troubleshooting of machines (jams, misalignment, sensor issues 7) Ensure machines are cleaned and maintained as per SOPs **Qualifications & Experience**  Education: ITI / Diploma / 12th pass  Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG / food & beverage manufacturing/Manufacturing Industry  Experience in packaging lines, bottling, or labelling machines preferred **Budget & Location** **Budget -** 20-28K in Hand Salary **Location -** Farukh Nagar, Gurgaon - Haryana Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
