Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Job Summary - Installs, configures, and maintains the organization's mainframe or mid-frame operating systems. Installs, configures, upgrades and maintains workstations and servers. Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating systems hardware and software configuration database/library. Installs and upgrades new software systems; reports and recommends resolutions to networking and operating system problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configurations to ensure data integrity. Monitors and fine-tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Conducts standard hardware and software audits. Skills: Network Support Network Administration Software Testing System Administration Information Security IT Architecture Experience: 3-6 years experience required **Preferred candidate profile**
