**Face to Face ( 11 June 2026)** **Location: Chennai and Bangalore** Years of experience : 6 to 12 Primary Skills: **COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS** **Role & responsibilities** : The candidate must have strong expertise across core mainframe technologies including **COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS**, and associated IBM mainframe utilities to support equity compensation products for the Global markets. The Team Candidate will be part of a development squad in the technology team in Stock Plan Services business unit that coordinates equity compensation programs on behalf of public and private companies offering various compensations programs such as: Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Restricted Stock Awards/Units, Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance based Awards. The Skills that are Key to this role • Hands on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities • Proven problem-solving abilities and analysis of complex mainframe programs is a must skill. • Must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe environment. • Must have worked in Mainframe application development
