**Specialist - Software Engineering 5 - 7 Years Notice Period (Immediate Joiners Only) Role description Job Summary Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Mainframe technologies including JCL and DB2 to support development enhancement and maintenance activities Job Description Work with Mainframe development technologies focusing on JCL and DB2 Support enhancement and maintenance tasks related to Mainframe applications Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operation of Mainframe systems Utilize knowledge of Mainframe tools and frameworks to improve application performance Follow organizational and customerdefined processes and standards Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions Continuously update skills to align with project and technology needs Roles and Responsibilities Independently handle development and incident requests related to Mainframe applications Maintain and enhance Mainframe DB2 databases ensuring data integrity and performance Develop and maintain JCL scripts to support batch processing jobs Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices within the MAINFRAMECOBOLJCLDB2 skill cluster Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues and implement changes Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities Maintain documentation for processes procedures and configurations Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders Stay updated with emerging Mainframe technologies and methodologies Skills Mandatory Skills : JCL, Mainframe DB2 Immediate joining only**
