Job description

**Role: Mainframe Developer** **Location : Chennai /Bangalore/Kochi/Indore/Hyderabad** **Duration: Fulltime** **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using **COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS**. - Hands on experience with CICS (recent experience preferred) of at least 2+ years - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of mainframe programs. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment. - Handle end-to-end project execution independently, including planning, development, and delivery.
