Job Title: Program Manager Designation: Manager Location: Hyderabad\\_Phoenix **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with a strong background in Mainframe IMS DBA to lead and manage complex programs within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful outcomes through effective stakeholder management and technical expertise. **Responsibilities** - Lead and manage multiple programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables. - Utilize strong Mainframe IMS DBA knowledge to guide technical decisions and ensure database integrity and performance. - Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans. - Facilitate regular program meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and align on priorities. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Monitor program performance metrics and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards throughout program execution. **Mandatory Skills** - Strong expertise in Mainframe IMS DBA, including database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Familiarity with other database management systems and technologies. - Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks. - Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. - Demonstrated success in managing programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
