Job description

Your future duties and responsibilities Provide 24x7 production support for mainframe applications Monitor batch jobs and online transactions using CA7, Control-M, and monitoring tools Analyze and resolve production incidents, abends, and system failures Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes Handle job failures, DB2, IMS, VSAM, and file-related issues Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution Support production deployments, releases, and change management activities Ensure SLA adherence and compliance standards are maintained Create and maintain production support and operational documentation Participate in shift rotations and on-call/weekend support activities
