**Locations:** Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai **Notice Period:** Immediate to maximum 30 days **Experience**: 3+ Years Key Skills & Experience - Strong handson experience in **Core Mainframe technologies**: **COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, IMS DB/DC** - Proven experience in both **Batch and Online** processing environments - Experience working on **mainframe rehosting / migration projects** to **Raincode / Micro Focus** platforms - Handson expertise with Raincode for **code changes, compilation, debugging, and unit testing** (Batch & Online) - Ability to perform **impact analysis** and understand technical designs - Experience working on **enhancement projects** with good understanding of **SDLC** - Experience in **SIT/UAT defect analysis and fixes** - Awareness of **Agile methodologies** Good to Have - IMS DB/DC, Easytrieve, Assembler, Datacom - REXX and CLIST - **Telecom domain** experience Professional Competencies - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
