TCS Inviting Applications For The Role: Mainframe ZOS system Programmer Exp:5-10yrs Location: Chennai, Pune, Bengaluru - Knowledge acquisition from incumbent on the Mainframe Service Delivery - Documenting the AS-IS” Processes and Procedures of the z/OS administration - Set up of offshore operation for Mainframe z/OS System Administration and Mainframe Service Delivery - Build Relationship with customer and SMEs thru available means - Build Relationship with hardware vendors & support teams - Identify risk during transition and provide mitigation - System Maintenance, Patch Administration, User exits - Version Upgrade, Installation and Management of Operating system and tools - Capture and process SVC dump with OEM Vendor - Mainframe DASD Administration and Maintenance (Volume Initiation, Reclaim, other) - Maintain DFSMS, ACS Routine and CATALOG Management - Maintain policies and workload as per business need thru ITIL framework - Exposure to Automation and Tools (REXX, CLIST, Assembler, other) - PARMLIB and PROCLIB concatenation, customization and maintenance - Maintain System Address Spaces and Alert management - Support all stakeholders as guide by SLA
