The selected candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and kitchen equipment, ensuring smooth operations across our restaurant outlets. Key Responsibilities - Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. - Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently. - Maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment such as: - Freezers - Ovens - Refrigerators - Electrical panels - Other electrical and food service equipment - Carry out routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency. - Replace defective electrical components and wiring when required. - Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies. - Maintain service reports and complete assigned maintenance tasks within the required timelines. - Coordinate with restaurant teams to minimize equipment downtime. Eligibility - ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - Experience in electrical maintenance is preferred. - Freshers with strong electrical knowledge may also apply. - Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
